Ordering:
Daa Glass
is currently accepting Visa, Mastercard, and American Express
through a secure online shopping cart and Paypal. If you would
rather not send your credit card information via the internet
we can take your phone order by calling 201-739-6674, Mon-Fri.
If you prefer to pay with a check or money order please send
an e-mail indicating the name of the item(s) you like to purchase
so that it/they can be put on hold. Payments must be received
within 7 days after the email contact. If payment is not received
within 7 days, the item(s) will be put back in stock. Sales
Tax will be calculated for orders shipped to NJ, NY, or CT.
Production:
Every
item is entirely handmade in
our NJ studio and is one-of-a-kind.
Shipping:
All orders
are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Most items will ship within
3 days, however please allow 2-3 weeks for your package to
arrive. If you need your item sooner please email us for
expedite shipping information. Shipping and handling rates
apply.
Returns/Exchanges:
daa glass accepts exchanges only, not returns. We will accept
an exchange for any reason. All claims for exchanges must
be made within 7 days of receipt of goods and must be received
by daa glass within 15 calendar days. Please check the order
and all items when it arrives. Exchanges will not be accepted
without prior authorization and a return authorization number.
All returned items must be shipped back to daa glass postage
paid, insured, and with full tracking information. Daa glass
is not responsible for any problems with the return shipping.
Return for Exchange:
The item must be in original condition as when shipped from
daa glass. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection of the
returned item, daa glass will issue a credit to be put towards
a future purchase or will ship out the replacement jewelry.
Shipping and handling charges will be charged. A refund will
not be issued.
Return due to Defect, Damage, or
Error: Daa glass exercises extensive attention,
thought, and craftsmanship in order to create jewelry and
accessories that are carefully constructed and are of superior
quality and design. Likewise great care is used in the shipping
of all daa glass items. However, if an order is received with
a defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s) daa glass will
accept will replace the item(s) at no additional charge.
All sale items are final sale and
may not be returned or exchanged.
